"How Much Does It Cost ....?"
Flexible Pay As You Go Options

  • The "Diagnostic": (1-2 Days, Remote or On-Site)
    • A fixed-price, intensive review of project plans, schedules, and communications. We deliver a concise report with the top 3 opportunities for recovery and a roadmap for implementation. This is the “Gemba” phase, go look and see.
  • "Retainer Rescue": (The "Pay-As-You-Go" Model)
    • Offers blocks of time (e.g., 10, 20, 40 hours per month). Clients can use this time for remote coaching calls, reviewing documents, on-site problem-solving sessions, or training their team. This provides flexibility and ongoing support.
  • "Intensive Intervention": (On-Site, 1-2+ Week Sprints. Fixed Price / Day Rate)
    • Option 1: A fixed price project to tackle a specific, critical bottleneck. This would involve investigation, replanning and re sequencing, including the development of control measures (approximately 10 days to initially set up)
    • Option 2: A day rate (detail as above)

Note: Pricing will be based on a project-by-project basis

Troubleshooting

The first stage is listening to the perceived problems, we then "Go Look & See" (Gemba), stand back & evaluate, prioritise, producing a schedule of stuff that needs improving.

Adding value means selecting the highest impacting opportunities, developing plans to resolve & holding the correct teams accountable, offering the correct support to release the full potential (project & people)

Sounds common sense .....

Below details examples of specific focus areas where we are proven to add value.

Through experience we know the common areas that need that "tweak" to get things sorted.

Please feel free to contact us to discuss your specific requirement

Waste Reduction (£)

Implementing effective strategies to minimise waste and increase cost savings. Return On Investment (ROI) remains a key measure of our success.

Working closely with project commercial teams we will establish the actual benefits to business gained.

Program Recovery

Increasing focus on  program critical delays to achieve desired outcomes.  Reducing cost & associated negative impacts, remains one of our project deliverables.

Uncontrolled program slippage can result in delays to client handovers, where extensive costs / penalties are going to be applied.

Question: Why wouldn't you want this situation improving ?

Commissioning Support

Custom Control Rooms remain key to collaborative improvement.  The skills are in the room, the data is available un yet unlocking the resolution remains the hardest task.

We thrive in this environment, strong focused facilitation, utilising the correct data, drum beat reviews that always drive successful outcomes.

THFC - 40 Leadenhall are classic examples of success.  Commissioning & client handover that were not initially going to be achieved.

Process Improvement

Value Stream Mapping offers the opportunity to modify / tune the process to remove unnecessary movements.  The "pre / post" example offers an opportunity to review a warehouse activity & identify the "waste" within the process.

Established processes very rarely get reviewed, however when we investigate a problem it is highly likely that the performance is poor & tuning is required
